About Data Workhub

We help multi-location restaurant operators read their kitchens fairly—through field visits, careful comparisons, and reports managers will open.

Registered name and history

The official registered business name is Data Workhub Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2016 in Mueang Saphan Buri, Suphan Buri, after work with regional restaurant groups that struggled to compare sister outlets using only monthly totals.

Early engagements focused on cover counts and labor schedules for small Thai kitchen chains. Over the following years the practice added menu contribution studies and opening-week baselines as clients grew from two or three branches into larger groups. Today Data Workhub remains based at our Suphan Buri office while serving operators across Thailand.

How we work

We start with the records you already keep—guest checks, waste notes, staffing plans—then visit a sample of locations during lunch and dinner. Findings return as scorecards and working sessions, not abstract theory. Our analysts speak kitchen and floor language so managers can argue about plates and dayparts, not slide titles.

Values

  • Compare outlets with peers that share seating, delivery mix, and concept.
  • Prefer field notes beside numbers when a corridor explains a quiet lunch.
  • Write in words chefs and shift leads already use.
  • Leave groups with a rhythm they can keep after we step back.
