Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and original materials produced by Data Workhub, remains the property of Data Workhub Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Client data you share for an engagement remains yours. Final reports are licensed for your internal business use unless a scope states otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or misrepresent your authority to share outlet data. You are responsible for obtaining any internal approvals needed before sharing guest-check, labor, or waste records with us.

Liability

Engagements provide analysis and recommendations. Operational decisions remain with the restaurant operator. To the extent permitted by Thai law, Data Workhub Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions made after reading our reports. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements contracted under them, unless a written scope specifies another venue.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The version posted on this page applies from the date of publication. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
