Refunds and cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for scoped analytics engagements with Data Workhub Co., Ltd.—performance reviews, menu studies, opening baselines, and quarterly cycles—according to the conditions below and any written scope you signed.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be sent to info@data-workhub.click within 14 days of the event that triggers eligibility (cancellation confirmation, scope change, or billing error).

Deposits

Most engagements require a deposit stated in the scope, typically 30–50% of the quoted fee. Deposits reserve analyst time and travel planning. Deposits are refundable in full if we cancel the engagement. If you cancel more than 14 days before the agreed start date, we refund the deposit minus any non-recoverable travel booked with your written approval. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date forfeit the deposit unless we can reassign the reserved dates.

Full and partial refunds

If we have not started work and you cancel outside the deposit forfeiture window, prepaid fees beyond the deposit rules above are refunded. If work has started—data intake, field visits scheduled or completed, or draft scorecards begun—we may issue a partial refund for unfinished phases only. Completed phases are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed field visit days and associated travel already incurred
• Delivered reports, scorecards, and briefing sessions
• Quarterly cycle fees for a quarter whose pack has already been delivered
• Third-party costs you pre-approved in writing (for example inter-province travel)

Rescheduling

You may reschedule field visits once without fee if you give at least seven days’ notice and we can accommodate new dates within 30 days. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the scope.

No-shows

If managers are unavailable for a confirmed visit without 48 hours’ notice, that visit day is treated as delivered for billing purposes. We will offer one makeup slot when calendars allow.

Work already started

Once data intake or analysis has begun, fees for completed work stages remain due. Materials already purchased or printed for your engagement with your approval are non-refundable.

Process and timing

Email refund requests with your scope reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
